You Don't Have to Keep Living Dim
You've built a successful life. You've worked hard, checked the boxes, and shown up for the people who depend on you.
From the outside, things may look just fine.
But on the inside?
You feel restless. Unfulfilled. Like there's a version of you waiting to emerge, but you're not quite sure how to get there.
If you've ever found yourself wondering, "Is this all there is?" — you're not alone. And you're not stuck. You may simply be standing at the edge of your next chapter.
My Journey from Dim to Daring
I know that feeling because I've lived it.
For more than 30 years, I built a successful career as a CPA and Chief Financial Officer. I led teams, solved problems, climbed the ladder, and checked every box that should have led to fulfillment.
On paper, I was successful.
But somewhere along the way, I realized that success and fulfillment aren't always the same thing.
What I didn't know then was that the restlessness I felt wasn't a sign that something was wrong. It was a sign that I was growing.
One courageous "yes" led to another. I stepped into leadership opportunities that stretched me. I invested in my own growth. I found my voice. I began speaking on stages and coaching women who had achieved success but no longer felt fully connected to themselves.
In 2025, I launched the Dim to Daring podcast — a weekly conversation for women who are ready to stop playing small and step boldly into what's next.
What started as my own journey of reinvention became a mission: helping women stop shrinking and step boldly into the next chapter they were meant to live.
Who I Help
I work with accomplished women who have spent years achieving, leading, serving, and supporting others.
Women who are successful — but quietly unfulfilled.
Women who know they are capable of more but find themselves held back by fear, self-doubt, or the belief that it's too late to make a change.
Whether you're navigating a career transition, leadership growth, or simply a season of asking "What's next?" — you don't have to figure it out alone.
Together, we'll reclaim your confidence, rediscover your voice, and create a life that feels as fulfilling as it looks.

The Dim to Daring Philosophy
I believe:
Success without fulfillment isn't the finish line.
Fear is a hurdle, not a stop sign.
The next version of you is created through courage, not confidence.
You don't have to feel completely ready before taking the next step.
You simply need the willingness to begin.
What Women Are Saying
“Wendy is the first person you’d gravitate to if you were steered into a room full of people you didn’t know. She carries an aura of positive, happy energy that no one can miss, and she radiates positivity from her head to her toes. Wendy’s passion to motivate and develop methods to effectively practice mindful self-care comes naturally, and her gift allows us all to ensure we remain at our best for ourselves before we can be in service to others.”
— Brianne King, Executive Director at WASBO
"After working with Wendy, I walked into a difficult workplace situation differently. Instead of reacting, I observed, listened, and handled it with confidence. At the end of the day, I was reminded of who I CAN be. That's what Wendy does — she helps you find your way back to yourself."
— Alyssa, Corporate Coaching Client
“You're Not Finished Yet. You're Just Getting Started.”
The life you've built matters. And so does the woman you're still becoming.
If you're ready to stop shrinking, reclaim your confidence, and create the next chapter you've been waiting for, I'd love to help.
